Ready To Play!
WE EMBARKED ON A TRIP THROUGH LATIN AMERICA IN 2016 WITH READY TO PLAY! WITH ELMO HIMSELF AND HIS FRIENDS FROM SESAME. IN 2017 WE LANDED IN COLOMBIA. THROUGH THIS MULTIPLATFORM PROJECT WE COMMUNICATE WITH PRESCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN.
WITH READY TO PLAY! WE USE TECHNOLOGY TO PROMOTE HEALTHY HABITS RELATED TO EXERCISING, BODY AWARENESS, HYGIENE AND SELF-REGULATION. TO THIS DAY, WE HAVE REACHED OVER 7 MILLION PEOPLE THROUGH 26 TELEVISION EPISODES, 13 SPOTS, A DIGITAL PLATFORM, AN INTERACTIVE APP AND CONTENT ON SOCIAL NETWORKS.

Promote physical health, personal care, healthy eating habits and emotional welfare of preschool-aged childen and the adults in their surroundings.
We joined Elmo, Cookie Monster and their friends from Sésamo this 2016 in Ready to Play! It’s a regional project that helps Latin-American children grow with physical, mental and emotional strength.
Two years ago, we started to work in Mexico and Ecuador. During 2017, we embarked on a through the region and we also arrived in Colombia. With the local support of Señal Colombia, we carried out this multiplatform project to impact positively in children’s health and welfare.
“The content of Ready to Play! is at the intersection between education and entertainment. It facilitates the impact of its message and allows it to become greater and, in that way, we can help improve the situation of children’s health in Colombia and Latin America.“

Our objectives are:
- Foster children’s body conscience and the need of their care.
- Revaluate physical activity as fun.
- Foster healthy eating habits and the ability to make decisions.
- Promote personal care and dental health.
- Offer tools that stimulate managing emotions, autoregulation and self-esteem.
Sésamo’s popular characters and technology are our allies in Ready to Play! Today we’ve changed the lives of over 7 million people in the region through 26 TV episodes, 13 spots and a digital platform; it includes a microsite with information and activities on healthy habits for children, bulletin boards for parents and teachers in addition to an interactive app with its content for social media.
